Md. Al Mamun, Founder of the International Ethnosport Bangladesh Association, had the distinct honor of meeting with the Honorable President of the Children of Asia International Committee, Mr. Vladimir Maksimov, during the 8th Children of Asia Games 2024 in Yakutsk, Russia.
In his capacity as the head of the Bangladesh delegation, Md. Al Mamun was graciously received by Mr. Maksimov. On behalf of the International Ethnosport Bangladesh Association, he extended heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Maksimov for successfully organizing the 8th Children of Asia Games 2024 and expressed deep appreciation for the invitation to participate in the event.
During their meeting, Md. Al Mamun presented an overview of the International Ethnosport Bangladesh Association’s activities and initiatives, emphasizing key programs dedicated to the promotion of ethnosports and games within Bangladesh. The discussion also highlighted the significant progress made in engaging children and youth in various sports activities.
Mr. Maksimov expressed his satisfaction with the achievements and ongoing efforts of the association, underscoring the critical role of sports in the physical and mental development of children. He elaborated on the various initiatives undertaken by the Children of Asia International Committee to enhance the appeal and accessibility of sports for children, reaffirming the importance of nurturing their interest in sports for their overall development.
The President graciously extended a formal invitation to participate in the forthcoming Children of Asia International Competition. In response, Mr. Al Mamun underscored the importance of sustained collaboration and participation in international sports events as a means of fostering global unity and advancing the development of sports among children.
