The 6th World Togyzqumalaq (Ethnosport) Championship-2022 was held at Aktobe city, Kazakhstan
from 20th through 28th November 2022. Organized by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Aktobe Region, Kazakhstan and the World Togyzqumalaq Federation. Presided over all the functions as a President of the World Toyzqumalaq Federation Mr. A. Baimenov (Former Minister of Kazakhstan and Chairman of the Steering Committee Astana Civil Service Hub). also present the Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Member of the Committee on Legislation, Judicial and Legal Reform of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Maxat Ramankulov. It is with great pleasure for us that at the Annual Congress 2022 of the World Togyzqumalaq Federation, the Founder of the International Ethnosport Bangladesh Association Mr. Md. Al Mamun was elected as the Vice President of the World Togyzqumalaq Federation.
Toyzqumalaq (Тоғызқұмалақ) Ethnosport is one of the traditional and national games of Kazakhstan which is now known as a very popular traditional intellectual sport in various countries around the world, and on 2020 Toyzqumalaq traditional game of Kazakhstan has been enrolled to the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
