International Ethnosport Bangladesh Association President (Acting) Arshad Adnan Roni, Founding General Secretary and Bangladesh International Federation Representative Md Al Mamun, Joint Secretary Mst Asma Khatun paid a courtesy call on His Excellency President Mohammad Shahabuddin at Bangabhaban in the capital on Saturday.
At this time, the Founder of the association briefed His Excellency the President about the popularity of Ethnosport in the country, the current activities of the association, the upcoming national and international competitions. The General Secretary further informed that Arshad Adnan Roni has been nominated as the President (Acting) as the former President expressed his inability to perform the duties due to his own busyness and illness. At this time, the President (Acting) of the association presented the schedule of the next international competition and the recognition and congratulations letter from the international federation for being nominated as the president. He said that he would take all measures to speed up all the activities of the association in the country so that the reputation of Bangladesh remains intact abroad.
