The 2nd World Nomad Games 2016 were held from 3 to 8 September 2016 in the Issyk-Kul region, Kyrgyzstan. They were attended by 62 foreign countries; 17 of them presented cultural programs; sports delegations were represented by 62 countries and 1200 participants (coaches and sportsmen). In contrast to the first games, the number of competitions in national sports was increased. Representatives of different countries competed in 23 kinds of sports. More than 650 representatives of all kinds of mass media as well as dozens of famous bloggers came to cover the colourful events of the WNG. More than 300 media represented 90 foreign mass media from 35 countries of the world, the rest were representatives of local mass media. The rich heritage demonstrated through the Nomad Games generated lively interest and positive feedback from viewers from more than 60 countries.
